Hannah Walker- Ortho Assistant/ Dental Assistant

Hannah’s responsibilities include assisting Dr. Lily, organizing lab cases, patient photos, coordinating diagnostic records, and helping to make our patients’ experiences exceptional!  “A beautiful smile is so much more than what you see on the outside; it makes people feel more confident and we are lucky to be a part of that process.”  When she’s not helping people with their smile she likes to work in the garden, help on the farm and spend time with family.

Courtney Cizek – Registered Dental Hygienist/Front Desk Assistant

Courtney is the newest member to our team. She is a graduate of the Dental Hygiene Program at Lake Land College and has been with us for almost 2 years. She strives to give patients optimal care while making them as comfortable as possible in the chair. In her free time Courtney enjoys working in her garden, traveling, baking, and spending time with family and her 3 cats at home.

Janice Kempe – Office Coordinator

Janice returned to her home town of Mattoon in 2019. Shortly after is when she joined the Laij family dental team. She began as the financial coordinator and has recently moved to office coordinator. When you arrive at our office Janice will greet you with a smile and be happy to help you with scheduling, financial matters, and any other questions you may have about our office. Janice enjoys spending time with her 6 grandchildren and is an active member of the choir, teen group, and grade school children activities at her local church.

Catherine Veach- Certified Dental Assistant

Catherine does her best to make our patients comfortable while assisting Dr. Laij with procedures. She has worked in the dental field for 40 years. She enjoys visiting with our patients and seeing the end results of their treatments: a beautiful smile! She also appreciates that Dr. Laij strives to provide quality dental care. In her free time she likes to mow, take vacations to Florida, and play BINGO.

Angie Lovell – Registered Dental Hygienist

Holly Weaver; Front Business Coordinator

Holly is our newest member of the team, started in December 2021. She’s been a Dental Assistant for the last 10 years and has moved over to the front desk side. She brings with her, lots of dental experience and knowledge to help full-fill our office. She enjoys spending her free time with her 3 boys, husband, and family dog Bella, and two kitties Tucker and Kat. Loves being outside with her family and friends and enjoying time on the lake.

Traci Harper – Registered Dental Hygienist

Traci joined our office in 2014 as a sub for dental hygiene and has since then became our full time hygienist. She is focused on oral hygiene and educating patients on the importance of maintaining a healthy mouth at home. When she is not working she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
